Hi, I’m trying to use the UISearchBar and found your interesting article. However, I got some problems to follow you (not sure if it is because I’m using the new MonoDevelop).

1. How do I get UITableViewController in MonoTouch? I couldn’t find this option. I only have the option to create UIViewController. Did I miss some configurations?

2. Where do I find UISearchDisplayController? In my IB, I could see one view called “Search Bar and Search Display Controller” with subtitle “UISearchBar”. However, after I drag-n-drop it, I got UISearchBar. What’s wrong?

Goed artikel, het is leuk om een artikel te lezen dat geschreven is door iemand die ook echt ervaring heeft met detachering (van de werknemer kant) en niet vanuit het oogpunt van een detacheringsbedrijf.

The mobile client doesn’t have any special configuration, since we use a runtime setup for connecting to the server.

The server part is configured just like you would do when creating a normal Flex web application using Granite.
I suggest you take a look at HelloWorld sample in the Granite documentation. It describes all the necessary steps from client to server to setup a working configuration. thanks for the article … the part i am stuck on is how all the configuration information is picked up when building a mobile app. When using granite in the context of a web app the services-config and the granite-config define the AMF channel, etc.

Building a Mobile app with Granite does not have a Web-inf so how do you set up this config information>

My tide is not initializing properly as Ejb.getInstance() is null.

you can use DexFile.class directly,why use reflection? just reference the source of PathClassLoader.java as your felix.jar has bean became bootsharp classloader.

*.felix.*.jar which you converted and push into linux filesystem.
then it will loaded by bootsharp classloader. why you use reflection to load DextFile.class ? you can use it as PathClassLoader do. just see PathClassLoader.java.
